     Guiding Questions for Turbulent Times

During this period of upheaval (not to mention the often overlooked heavals, side-heaval and downheaval), it might be the perfect time to draw upon the "Wheel of Change" framework. To help guide you through these turbulent times, work through the following four questions with yourself at an individual level, with your family, and with your team:

1. During this period of uncertainty, what is the #1 thing we need to make sure we KEEP doing?

2. What is one thing we need to STOP doing?

3. What is one thing we need to CREATE or start doing?

4. What is one thing we need to learn to LIVE with?

Hold a contest with your team to come up with the funniest answer to one of the following questions:

"The best thing about working from home is ______"  OR

"You know you've been in isolation TOO long when ______."

Under the heading "you just can't make this stuff up": A man in Spain dressed himself up as a dog in order to leave his apartment during their social distancing lock down. I'm not sure if the gentleman ended up in the pound...but it definitely didn't work out for him!

Thank you for such a great hour.  That was one of the best webinars I have ever been on and most certainly the best one since this pandemic.  It was the highlight of my week and gave me a resurgence of positivity, motivation and energy. It was exactly what I needed!"  Natasha Purnell, Chief Culture Officer, Park Insurance
