		Zooming Along With Video

	Now might be a great opportunity to catch up on some video viewing and to leverage the power of video to connect with your team in fun ways. For example . . . Have everyone on your team create a one-minute video introducing their family members and pets; Have everyone create a fun one-minute video tour of their home and new workspace; Hold a contest for the most creative or fun “Day in the Life of Video” (limit it to two minutes maximum); Do what Microsoft does and hold a “My Story” video contest, where employees create videos explaining why they like working at Microsoft; If you are hiring new employees, have them create a short video introducing themselves to the rest of your team; Take this time to record interviews with your veteran employees via Zoom (or your platform of choice) to capture their memories and stories before they retire; Use video to send out inspiring messages, practical tips, and a bit of fun on a regular basis to your teammates and your customers!

Create some fun drinking games for your virtual meetings, where everyone takes a large, exaggerated sip of their water/coffee/tea/refreshing beverage of choice every time someone says, "You're on mute!", or every time someone's dog barks in the background, or every time someone's child enters the background or every time someone makes a joke about not wearing any pants...
