- Research reported in Forbes found that people are more likely to achieve their work goals if they create visual representations of their key work goals.
- More and more companies, such as the Toronto-based Google and EventMobi offices, have created dedicated napping rooms to help employees be more productive.

I mean an actual dummy or blowup doll who can sit in one of your meeting chairs and serve as a constant reminder of who you need to keep utmost in mind during your meetings. Depending on the meeting, the dummy could represent your best client, a vendor, or a front line employee. And as their representative, always make
sure you take the time to consider the dummy's point of view!
