Ramping Up Your Culture in 2020

Now that you're hopefully settled back into work after your stint in Bora Bora (or Winnipeg) for the holidays, this is the perfect time of year to think about what you're going to do to ramp up your workplace culture, and it's the ideal time to use the "Wheel of Change" with your team to talk about what you need to focus on to improve your culture. Of course, this also works at an individual level as well.

1. What is one thing in 2019 that you or your team needs to learn to accept?
2. What is one thing you need to remember to keep doing?
3. What is one thing you need to stop doing?
4. What is one thing you need to create or start doing?
