Zooming Your Way to a Happier Workplace |

Zoom Video Communications was recently recognized as the best place to work in Denver and, even more impressively, made the #1 spot on a list for the "happiest employees" in the US. So, having a team dedicated to employee happiness has clearly paid off for them.
Dubbed "The Happiness Crew," this enthusiastic team of employees takes a broad approach when it comes to encouraging happiness at work. The Happiness Crew organizes volunteer community events; social events such as their Zoom Olympics; theme days, including Take Your Parents to Work Day; and fun employee recognition initiatives - for example, anyone who volunteers on community events receives a yellow rubber duck to display on their desk.
What's important to keep in mind is Zoom's commitment to their culture, which we know is the real driver of employee happiness. Their culture is based on open communication, empowerment, and employee recognition - essential keys to healthier and happier employees!
