If you want to strengthen trust and build stronger relationships between employees, you may want to try this exercise. Hundreds of studies have confirmed that this exercise is the most effective way to build a strong connection between people in the shortest amount of time (30-45
minutes). In partners, employees answer a series of 36 increasingly personal questions with one another, going back and forth, so they are sharing answers to each question at the same time before moving on to the next question. Researchers say the key to the success of this exercise lies in the act of doing it together and the incremental increase in the depth of the questions.

It's official One Hit Wonder Day today so why not use this as inspiration: for your next meeting icebreaker have everyone share their favorite one hit wonder (prep them in advance or they'll struggle to come up with one) and then vote on the team's favorite one hit wonder. Or, have everyone wear a name tag identifying their favorite one hit wonder for one of those Friday name tag theme days I've referenced before.
