			Huddling Up for the Year End Review

	This is the last ezine for 2018, so I wish you all the best for a safe and fun-filled holiday season and a rocking 2019! Thank you for your support and for being part of my community! We have a tradition in our office and it's one I am going to share with you once again: a simple way to either end the year with your team or your family, or to kick off the new year with your team or family. Gather everyone for a moment of reflection and have everyone on your team or in your family share their: 1. Top three highlights/wins/milestones of 2018. 2. Top three things they are most grateful for. 3. Top three things they are most excited about/looking forward to in 2019. 4. One of the funniest moments they can recall from 2018.

		Mike's Fun at Work Tip

It's not too late to plan a "Fun at Work" calendar for 2019 - even if you don't launch it until a few weeks into January. A few of my clients have fun at work calendars featuring fun photos of their employees and customers, customized with options such as: employees' birthdays, significant social events, fun theme days, charity events, award ceremonies...anything and everything fun that will help employees look forward to 2019.
