      Three Cheers for the Year
   
  A worthwhile exercise to do this week or when your team is back together in 2017 - have everyone share their:

1. Top three highlights/milestones/wins of the year.
2. Top three things they are most grateful for.
3. Top three things they are most excited about for 2017.


Have the same conversation with your family as well. It's a simple way to slow down and reflect.
