This is the last issue until 2016, so I want to wish everyone a safe, happy, and humor-filled holiday season and a humor-filled, inspiring 2016!
Once again it's the ideal time to gather your team (or do it in early January) and have everyone share their:
1. Top three positive highlights/milestones/"wins" of the year.
2. Top three things they are most grateful for.
3. Top three things they are most excited about for 2016.
Keep it to work-related goals or also do one with everyone's top three personal highlights. And have the same conversation with your friends and family - it's a simple way to slow down and appreciate what you've accomplished and appreciate what you have to look forward to in the coming year.

It's a Wacky World |

Okay, so this Friday is going to be busy. It's also Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, so it's not too late to encourage everyone to don their tackiest apparel and award a prize for the ugliest, tackiest, most absurd sweater of the season.
But wait! There's more! Friday the 18th is also Answer the Phone Like Buddy the Elf Day. Here's how it works: Simply answer the phone and say “(Insert your Name) the Elf, what's your favorite color?" (Okay, so you know you're going to do it at least once, I mean come on, you've got to!)
