A simple way to quickly resolve any non-critical workplace dilemmas (such as who has to take the meeting notes or refill the coffee machine) is to hold a reverse rock-paper-scissors contest, where participants try to lose the game. In other words, the winner is actually the loser – they are the ones that have to do whatever task it
is that nobody wanted doing. If there are more than two people involved, simply pair people off to play with the winners facing off with each other until the final two are left standing.
