Create fun titles for different meeting roles. For example, the meeting facilitator could be the official "Cat Herder" while the person managing the chat box in a virtual meeting could be the "Chat Herder." The person responsible for bringing food to an in-person meeting might be the "Master of Munchies." You could even assign rotating positions such as an official
"Devil's Advocate" to offer contrarian perspectives or "The Wise Acre" to allow someone the freedom to be the official sarcastic smart Alec throughout the meeting.
